Mathias and Nina After spending one night in Chiang Rai, where the Emerald Buddha was discovered in a Chedi that was hit by a lightning strike, we are continuing our journey over the border to Laos.
We don't know yet, when we will have internet access again in Laos, as we are planning to go upriver the Nam Tha (2 days by boat) and then do some jungel trekking.
