Indian School of Business and Hyderabad

Daniel My main reason for going to Hyderabad was to visit the ISB, one of India's best business schools. Located next to microsoft and Infosys in a suburb called "Cyberabad", it made a really good impression. The School is brand new (built in 2000), offers Hindi language courses for exchange students, and is supported by the world's (and India's) leading companies. The classes are taught by professors from Europe, the US, and Asia and are up to international standard. I guess it would be very interesting to do an exchange semester there from Hong Kong...

But besides the ISB, Hyderabad has a lot to offer. There's the great Fort, which is quite nice. They have good restaurants (took me half a day to find them, though), and I found a nice bar that even sells alcohol. A lot of western companes have branches there, but you hardly find other westerners. Well, I guess I'll be back.
